Who we are
This website, sprintbuilt.dev, is run by Sprint Built ("we", "us"), a web design studio based in Beirut, Lebanon. We decide how your personal information is used, so we are responsible for it.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver your project.
- When you fill in our contact form: your name, email address, project type, budget range (optional) and your message. To block spam, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour.
- When you email us or message us on Telegram: your name, contact details and anything you choose to send us.
- When you become a client: your business details, billing details, and the content you give us for your website, such as text, images, logos and account access for your domain or hosting.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.
- When you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics records how you use the site, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the website or search that brought you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city and country). Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we only see this data as totals and reports, not as named people.
We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies, and we do not use advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To plan, build, launch and support your website, including any Care plan you choose.
- To send invoices and keep financial records.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
- To understand, in total, how visitors use our website so we can improve it (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Why we are allowed to use it
We use your information because you asked us to (for example, by sending an enquiry), because we need it to carry out our agreement with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Our website hosting provider.
- Our email provider.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Domain registrars, hosting companies and email providers (such as Google or Microsoft) that we set up for your own website on your behalf.
- Trusted freelancers from our network, when your project needs specialized work such as custom branding. They are bound to keep your information confidential.
- Telegram, when you choose to message us there, and Meta, when you visit our Instagram profile. Their own privacy policies apply there.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We work with clients in Lebanon, the UAE and elsewhere, and some of our service providers store data outside your country. When your information is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client project and billing records: for as long as we work together, then only for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, usually a few weeks.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
How we protect it
We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep access to client data limited to the people working on your project, and use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Lebanon's Law No. 81 of 2018 and, where it applies, the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to or limit how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will make that clear on this page.
